Addressing Patient Concerns

Serving the Needs of Napoleon, OH & Beyond

The staff of Henry County Hospital will attempt to resolve any concerns you have about the care and services delivered to you. Please inform your nurse or physician if you are not satisfied with your care. The staff will work to address all complaints on an individual basis and in a timely manner.

A random selection of patients will receive a phone call from Professional Research Consultants, Inc. to complete a survey via the phone. This survey will provide you with an opportunity to comment on your hospital care. Your comments will help us to continue to provide quality care to the community and we hope that you will take the time to complete the survey.
